Camp Policies

Please read through the following camp information and policies. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Summer Camps team.

Camp Information:
Half day camp: 8:30 am – 11:30 am or 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Full day camp: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

No early drop-offs permitted.
Guardian must sign children in and out each day.
Lunch is not provided.
Vending machines will be available at designated times for snacks/drinks.

*If you choose to send you camper to an AM and PM camp in the same week, the lunch hour from 11:30 – 12:30pm will have staff coverage. However, we will not provide lunch.

Registration deadline:  June 5, 2020

Payment Information:Credit card payment can be made when registering, there is a 4% convenience fee (on total due) for credit card payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.

Payment due no later than: June 12, 2020
(Check to be made out to Capital Area Intermediate Unit (CAIU) and sent to: CAIU, Attn: Sally Mentzer, 55 Miller Street, Enola, PA  17025)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or registration changes made before or up to 10 calendar days prior to camp start (June 22) are no charge. Cancellation or registration changes made less than 10 calendar days prior to camp start (June 22) will incur a $50 fee.

Cancellation or changes on or after the first day of camp are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel camps that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement. Should this occur, every attempt will be made to move students to a similar camp or a full refund will be offered.
